This can be given to any of your potential landlords when you began to seriously hunt for a new place to live.

Most of them will be impressed with you because you took the time to try to patch up your credit and develop a plan of action before looking for an apartment. If you look neat and sincere, chances are you will walk out with the lease to your new apartment in hand.
